ACMIB::frUniStatsFramesDecodedHi stores the upper 32 bits of how many frames have been received and unpacked on a frame relay interface. This is critical for monitoring the health of incoming traffic and comparing inbound versus outbound frame counts to detect packet loss. A high-order value of 500 million shows roughly 2 billion frames have arrived and been decoded.
