What is frUniStatsCellsEncodedHi?
ACMIB::frUniStatsCellsEncodedHi stores the upper 32 bits of a counter tracking how many ATM cells have been encoded (packaged for transmission) on a frame relay interface. This counter helps you monitor transmission volume and detect if your equipment is processing data at expected rates. An example value of 1000 in the high-order portion combined with a matching low-order value indicates roughly 4.2 billion cells have been encoded since the last device reset.
