What is frUniStatsCellsDecodedLo?
ACMIB::frUniStatsCellsDecodedLo stores the lower 32 bits of the received cells counter and must be combined with the high-order portion for the true value. Network engineers use this to track inbound traffic volume and spot asymmetry between sent and received cells, which can signal line quality problems. A lo value of 2.1 billion with a matching hi portion shows roughly 4.3 billion cells decoded.
