ACMIB::frUniStatsCellsDecodedHi stores the upper 32 bits of how many ATM cells have been received and unpacked from a frame relay interface. This read-only counter helps you verify that data is arriving at the expected rate and detect loss or degradation on the incoming link. An example value of 1000 in the high portion indicates roughly 4.2 billion cells have been decoded since reset.
