What is frUniN393?
Defines how many monitored events (up to 10) must be counted before determining the link status has actually changed. This prevents flapping (rapid up/down changes) caused by temporary hiccups on the Frame Relay link. A value of 2 means the device waits to see 2 consistent status change events before officially changing the link state.
