What is frUniDlcmiState?
This OID controls the Data Link Connection Management Interface state for Frame Relay UNI, enabling or disabling the signaling protocol. Network engineers adjust this when setting up or disabling Frame Relay link management signaling (LMI). For example, setting this to 'active' tells the UNI to send/receive LMI heartbeats and manage virtual circuits dynamically.
