What is frLmiStatsTimer?
This OID shows the elapsed time in seconds since the LMI statistics counter was last reset. You'd use this to determine how long the link has been in its current operational state without a restart. For example, if this reads 604800, the link has been stable and collecting stats for exactly one week.
