What is frLmiStatsLinkReset?

This OID records how many times the Frame Relay interface has transitioned from down to up since the system started. Engineers track this to spot flaky interfaces that keep cycling between states—many resets indicate an unstable WAN connection. A value of 3 over a month of uptime is normal; a value of 50 in one day signals trouble.
