What is frLmiStatsEnqTx?

This OID counts how many status enquiry messages your device has sent out to its Frame Relay switch to check if the link is still alive. You'd watch this counter to verify that your router is actively polling the switch as expected. If the counter never increases, it means the router is not sending keepalives and might have a configuration problem.
