What is frLmiStatsEnqRx?

ACMIB::frLmiStatsEnqRx counts how many LMI (Local Management Interface) STATUS ENQ (Enquiry) messages have been received on a frame relay link. The LMI protocol is a keepalive and status mechanism, so this counter rising steadily confirms the link is alive and the remote equipment is responding normally. For example, if this counter increments by 6 per minute, it indicates the remote device is sending LMI enquiries every 10 seconds as expected.
