What is frLmiOperStatus?

Reports whether the LMI protocol is currently operational (in-service) or non-operational (out-of-service) on this interface. Operators monitor this read-only status to see if Frame Relay link management is working; a down status indicates the link lost synchronization with the carrier. A value of in-service means the router has established LMI synchronization and can manage PVCs; out-of-service means the link is dead or misconfigured.
