What is frFrPvcTimeLenA2B?

This OID stores the measurement interval in milliseconds (ranging from 64 to 4000) over which traffic rate and burst sizes are calculated for A-to-B direction. Network engineers need to understand this interval to correctly interpret whether the device is detecting CIR violations or burst overages. A value of 500 milliseconds means the system recalculates traffic rates and checks burst limits every half-second.
