This OID stores the sustained cell rate in cells per second for A-to-B traffic as an ATM equivalent, representing the long-term average throughput capacity. Network engineers use this value to verify that the ATM side can sustain the Frame Relay CIR without congestion during normal operation. A value of 1000 cells per second represents the minimum guaranteed long-term delivery rate from side A to side B.
