This OID holds the high-order portion of the persistent cell-decode counter for side A (the odometer), measuring all cells that have been decoded on A-side since the last reset, with each segment maxing at 2,147,483,647. You monitor this long-term counter to audit the total volume of traffic successfully converted from ATM back to Frame Relay on the A endpoint, providing uninterrupted visibility even across link flaps or reboots. A high-order value of 2,500,000 indicates at least 2.5 billion cells have been decoded at this point in time.
