What is frFrPvcStatsFramesTaggedA?

This counts how many frames have been marked (tagged) by the usage control policy on the A-to-B input direction. Network operators monitor this to understand how often traffic is being rate-limited or deprioritized due to exceeding contracted rates. A value of 3,251 means 3,251 frames were tagged as exceeding their service level agreement on the A side.
