What is frFrPvcStatsCellsEncodedLoA?

This OID records the lower 32 bits of the cell count for traffic being encoded from Frame Relay to ATM format on side A. Network engineers track this metric to understand the rate and total volume of Frame Relay frames being converted to ATM cells for transmission. For example, a value of 4,000,000 means 4 million cells have been encoded in the lower-order portion of the overall counter.
