What is frFrPvcStatsCellsEncodedHiA?
This OID stores the high-order 32 bits of the counter for cells encoded from Frame Relay to ATM format on side A. Network engineers monitor this to measure the volume of traffic being converted from Frame Relay to ATM and to detect encoding bottlenecks. A value of 1 combined with the low-order counter can represent billions of cells encoded, providing the upper measurement range.
