What is frFrPvcStatsCellsDecodedLoA?
This OID stores the low-order portion of a 64-bit counter that measures cells decoded on side A, capturing values from 0 to 2,147,483,647 to complete the high-order portion and form a full 64-bit total. You would use this value together with the high-order value to get an accurate cell decode count, which helps diagnose if cells are being lost or incorrectly processed during ATM-to-Frame Relay conversion. If this low-order value is 500,000,000 and the high-order is 1, the total cells decoded would be approximately 3.6 billion cells since the last reset.
