What is frFrPvcRowStatus?

This OID stores the operational state of the PVC row in the management table using standard row status values (create, active, notInService, destroy). Network engineers use this to enable or disable individual PVCs without deleting the entire configuration. An 'active' status means the PVC is fully operational and passing traffic, while 'notInService' means it is configured but temporarily disabled.
