What is frFrPvcPeakCellRateB2A?

This OID stores the peak cell rate in cells per second for B-to-A (reverse) traffic, expressed in ATM equivalents to match core network capacity. Network engineers use this to plan buffer allocation and queue depth on the return path so that burst traffic from the remote site does not cause packet loss. A value of 7500 cells per second tells you the ATM equipment must be capable of handling reverse-path bursts up to approximately 750 Kbps.
