What is frFrPvcFlow?

This OID stores the flow control type for the PVC, determining how traffic is regulated between endpoints. Network engineers configure this to control congestion management and prioritization behavior during periods of high traffic. A value of 'bidirectional' enables flow control in both directions so that either side can signal back-pressure when it becomes overloaded.
