What is frFrPvcBeB2A?

This OID specifies the excess burst size (Be) in bits for the B-to-A direction, allowing temporary traffic spikes beyond the committed rate but subject to discard during congestion. You would set this to accommodate traffic peaks on the return path while understanding that these excess bits may be dropped if the network is congested.
