What is frAtmSpvcVccVUNIB?

This field stores a VUNI (Virtual UNI) identifier ranging from 0 to 255 that associates the outgoing half of the B-to-A connection. Network engineers use VUNI values to logically group connections or identify different service classes on the same physical link. Setting this to 5 might designate premium voice traffic, while 10 designates data traffic.
