What is frAtmSpvcVccTimeLenIn?

This read-only value shows the time window in milliseconds (between 64 and 4000) over which the provider measures CIR and burst allowances for incoming traffic. Network engineers need to understand this to know how quickly burst limits reset. For example, a TimeLenIn of 125 milliseconds means the provider recalculates whether you're over-rate every eighth of a second.
