What is frAtmSpvcVccStatsOutCellCountLoB?
This is the low-order 32-bit portion of the output cell counter on an ATM virtual circuit, paired with HiB to form a complete 64-bit count. Engineers use both counters together to get accurate traffic volume for billing records and performance analysis. A LoB value approaching 4,294,967,295 (the 32-bit limit) signals that HiB will soon increment.
