Description: Number of seconds since odometer was reset.

What is frAtmSpvcVccStatsOdometerTimer?

This counter records how many seconds have elapsed since the persistent odometer counters were last reset by an administrator. Engineers use this to calculate cell transmission rates (cells per second) for billing and performance reporting. If OdometerTimer shows 86400, you have exactly 24 hours of accumulated traffic data.
