What is frAtmSpvcVccStatsCellsEncodedLoA?
ACMIB::frAtmSpvcVccStatsCellsEncodedLoA holds the low-order 32 bits of the total ATM cells encoded on the Frame Relay side. Together with the high-order counter, this provides a complete 64-bit count of outbound traffic volume. For example, a low value of 1500000 combined with high counter gives the precise number of cells sent to the remote ATM network.
