ACMIB::frAtmSpvcVccStatsCellsEncodedHiA holds the high-order 32 bits of the total count of ATM cells encoded (converted from Frame Relay format) on the local side. Combined with the low-order counter, this tracks outbound data volume crossing the interworking function for performance analysis and billing. For example, a high value of 2000000000 combined with a low counter yields the upper half of a 64-bit cell count.
