ACMIB::frAtmSpvcVccStatsCellsDecodedLoA holds the low-order 32 bits of the total ATM cells decoded on the Frame Relay side. Combined with the high-order counter, it provides the complete 64-bit inbound traffic volume. For example, low counter 800000 combined with high counter delivers the exact count of cells received and converted from ATM format.
