ACMIB::frAtmSpvcVccStatsCellsDecodedHiA stores the high-order 32 bits of the total count of ATM cells decoded (converted to Frame Relay format) on the local side. This counter measures inbound traffic volume from the ATM network for capacity planning and performance monitoring. For example, a high value of 1500000000 indicates billions of cells received on the inbound direction.
