What is frAtmSpvcVccMaxBurstSizeA2B?
This read-only value shows the maximum burst capacity in ATM cells from side A to side B, calculated from the Bc and Be parameters. Network engineers use this to understand how many ATM cells can burst in the A-to-B direction before hitting the rate limit. For example, a max burst of 5000 cells means the A-to-B direction can momentarily send 5000 extra cells in a burst window.
