Description: The value of this object is equal to the excess burst size (Be) parameter (measured in bits) for this SPVC in the egress direction (into the frame relay UNI)

What is frAtmSpvcVccBeOut?

This sets the excess burst size in bits for outgoing traffic—the hard upper limit on burst before frames are discarded on egress. Engineers use this to prevent any single source from overwhelming the outbound link capacity. For example, a Be value of 40000 bits means no outbound burst can exceed 40 kilobits, protecting other VCs on the same interface.
