What is frAtmPvcVccSusCellRateB2A?

ACMIB::frAtmPvcVccSusCellRateB2A displays the ATM sustained cell rate in cells per second for B-to-A traffic, converted from the remote side's Frame Relay CIR. Network engineers use this to verify that bandwidth is symmetrically or asymmetrically allocated between both ends based on service requirements. For example, 3000 cells/sec means the remote side's committed traffic translates to 3,000 ATM cells per second on the return path toward side A.
