What is frAtmPvcVccStatsOdometerCellsEncodedLoA?
This OID tracks the lower 32 bits of a counter measuring ATM cells encoded from Frame Relay format on side A of a virtual circuit connection. Network engineers monitor this to measure the volume of traffic being converted from Frame Relay to ATM format and to detect bottlenecks in the conversion process. For example, a value of 5,000,000 represents 5 million cells encoded, and when combined with the high-order portion provides the complete traffic conversion count.
