This OID stores the lower 32 bits of the counter for ATM cells that have been decoded and converted back to Frame Relay format on side A. Network engineers monitor this metric to ensure the ATM-to-Frame Relay conversion is working properly and to identify potential capacity issues on the return path. For instance, a value of 3,500,000 combined with the high-order portion shows the total volume of cells being reverse-converted.
