What is frAtmPvcVccStatsOamRdiRx?

This OID counts RDI (Remote Defect Indication) cells received from the far end, informing the local side that a fault was detected remotely. Network engineers use this to understand which circuit endpoint detected a problem first and to coordinate troubleshooting between sites. For example, if this counter is non-zero while local AIS is high, it indicates the remote side also detected problems.
