What is frAtmPvcVccStatsOamAisRx?

This OID counts the AIS (Alarm Indication Signal) cells received from the far end, indicating a fault was detected on the remote side of the PVC. Network engineers use this to monitor bidirectional fault signaling and correlate issues between both circuit endpoints. For example, if this counter starts incrementing while AIS transmit is also high, it signals a bidirectional fault condition.
