What is frAtmPvcVccStatsInOdometerCellCountLoB?
This OID tracks the lower 32 bits of the count of valid ATM cells received on side B that are billable and accepted by the system. Network engineers monitor this to ensure all inbound traffic is properly counted for billing and to detect when cells are lost or corrupted in transit. For example, a value of 2,000,000 on the low-order counter provides the lower portion of the complete billing count for the measurement period.
