This OID stores the low 32 bits of successfully received cells on circuit B's input side for billing purposes. Network operators compare this inbound count with the outbound count to verify symmetric traffic flow and detect routing anomalies. A value of 3,200,000,000 represents the lower half of a massive cumulative received-cell count.
