What is frAtmPvcVccStatsCellsEncodedHiA?
This OID stores the high 32 bits of a counter tracking Frame Relay frames converted into ATM cells on side A. The high and low portions are used together to avoid counter overflow when tracking extremely large cumulative cell counts. A value of 250 combined with the low portion represents over a trillion Frame Relay-to-ATM conversion events.
