What is frAtmPvcVccStatsCellsDroppedB?
This OID counts ATM cells that were discarded on the inbound side of side B due to congestion, buffer overflow, or traffic policy violations. Network engineers monitor this to identify packet loss rates and to troubleshoot network congestion issues on the incoming side. A value of 500 means 500 cells were lost to resource limitations or policy enforcement on that circuit endpoint.
