What is frAtmPvcVccBcOut?
ACMIB::frAtmPvcVccBcOut specifies the committed burst size in bits for outgoing traffic, controlling how much traffic the device is allowed to burst above the CIR. Network engineers configure this to match the provider's traffic contract and ensure outgoing bursts are accepted without being marked as excess. For example, 32000 bits means the device can burst up to 32 kilobits above its committed rate without penalty.
