This OID specifies the Virtual Channel Identifier (0-65535) for the ATM side (side B) of a Frame Relay-ATM backup PVC, which further multiplexes multiple flows within a single VPI. VCI is the second part of the ATM address and must be coordinated with your carrier or remote equipment.
