What is ethernetPortStatsTimer?

This OID stores the time in seconds elapsed since the last reset of Ethernet port statistics, defining the window over which all error counts have been accumulated. A network engineer uses this to verify whether statistics are fresh or stale, and to calculate error rates. A value of 432000 means statistics have been collected for 5 days of continuous operation.
