Description: The number of seconds that have elapsed since the beginning of the current error-measurement period.

What is e3PortStatsTimer?

This OID counts elapsed seconds since the last reset of E3 port statistics (E3 is a 34 Mbps European TDM signal), setting the observation window for error metrics. A network engineer uses this to determine how recent and relevant the accumulated error counts are. A value of 1800 means the current set of statistics covers 30 minutes of port activity.
