What is e3CellMapping?
This OID specifies how the E3 interface maps ATM cells or data cells to the high-speed payload, using either asynchronous or synchronous mapping methods. Network engineers select the mapping mode to match the cell format expected by the network operator or downstream ATM equipment. For example, setting this to 'asyncMapping' means cells are packed into available space without strict alignment, while 'syncMapping' places them at fixed positions for easier extraction.
