What is e1PortStatsTimer?
This OID records elapsed seconds since the measurement period started for E1 port statistics (E1 is a 2 Mbps European TDM signal), setting the time window for interpreting errors. A network engineer uses this to understand the age of accumulated statistics and whether to expect more data to arrive. A value of 900 indicates 15 minutes of statistics collection.
