What is e1ConnGatewayFeature?
Enables or disables the Sapphire connection gateway API, which provides programmatic control over E1 connections instead of manual configuration only. If your orchestration system needs to dynamically provision or manage E1 circuits, you must enable this feature. Example: With the Sapphire API enabled, your automation tools can set up new E1 virtual circuits automatically; disabled means you must configure everything through the web interface.
