What is e1ChannelDs0Map?
This OID is a 4-byte bitmap showing which of the 32 DS0 voice channels within an E1 link are allocated to this particular service. Engineers use this to sub-divide the E1 into smaller voice circuits, each DS0 being a 64 kbps channel for one voice call. For example, a value of 0x0000FF00 would indicate that time slots 8–15 (8 channels = 512 kbps of voice capacity) are assigned to this service.
