e1ChannelCellMapping
Module: ACMIB
OID (symbolic): ACMIB::e1ChannelCellMapping
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.3.11.1.4
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: cell delineation mode for ATM cell bearing services
What is e1ChannelCellMapping?
This OID controls how ATM cells are aligned and detected within the E1 bitstream when carrying ATM over E1. Setting the correct cell delineation mode is crucial for the receiver to reliably extract cells from the stream. For example, 'cid-enabled' activates Cell Identification Delineation, a method that searches for valid cell headers to stay synchronized with the incoming data.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.3.11.1.4 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACMIB::e1ChannelCellMapping
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.3.11.1.4.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACMIB::e1ChannelCellMapping.1
Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):
snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.3.11.1.4.1 i <value>
